The cost of advertising properties on Glamorgan Studentpad is as follows:

| Property Administration Fee - Per property inc VAT: | £ 15.00 |
All landlords must be registered with Landlord Accreditation Wales - www.welshlandlords.org.uk
Landlords also need to provide Glamorgan Studentpad with the following certificates:
- HMO Licence (for both Mandatory and Additional Licensing categories)
- Letter of compliance from the local authority (for non-HMO properties)
- NICEIC Electrical Certificate
- Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (issued by a Gas Safe registered engineer)
- Trading Standards Schedule B Certificate (For properties in RCTBC only)
Important Note: Missing or out of date certificates will result in a delay in your property being advertised on the website. It is therefore important that you monitor your certificates and keep them up to date. Whilst we may send Gas Safety reminders from time to time, it remains the responsibility of the landlord to renew certificates as necessary.
